1987 36' CATALINA YACHTS 36

Well equipped and in very good condition,  The mainsail and 155 roller furling head sail were both purchased in 2006
Exterior has Bimini, dodger, 4 self tailing winches, line bags, wheel cover, solar panes, folding table with cup holders on pedestal, thick cockpit cushions, dock stairs, dock lines, power cord, fenders, the air conditioner/ heater is on the deck for dock side use,and their is more.
The galley has refridgeration, cn gas range and oven, microwave oven, hot and cold water at the double stainless sink, and water filter.
The head has a marine toilet, hot and cold water at the sink and shower.
The 25 HP Universal diesel is very clean and has less than 600 hours.
The bottom was just cleaned, it was reported to be in good condition and no blisters on hull.
Electronics include wind/depth/speed,chartplotter, auto pilot, VHF, solar panal systen not yet completed but can be, tow 600 dollar Odysee batteries.
