Very well maintained houseboat in excellent condition
This houseboat is loaded with features and amenities:
- New fiberboard siding on all sides.
- New carpet inside and on the upper sun-deck.
- Upgraded the framework as required.

- They are not smoking and the oil usage is normal.
- This houseboat has a 6KV Honda Generator and a 3KV portable Generator. The 6KV generator is only used for backup power and has minimum hours on it. The portable 3KV generator is as good as gold and is used primarily to run the swamp cooler, microwave, chest freezer and miscellaneous kitchen appliances plus keeps the AC batteries charged.
- There are two large propane/electric refrigerators, trash compactor and a new propane 30 range with oven and a microwave oven in the kitchen. Plus the normal Kitchen appliances like the coffee maker, toaster, blender and electric mixer. The kitchen is ready for a new owner.
- This houseboat has a 1,000 lb. jet ski hoist on the roof/sun-deck.

We enlarged the openings to the engine compartments and created a separate compartment for the batteries. This was a major improvement. We also used the 2x6 Tec Wood on the three foot wide swim platform.
- In 2010, we added an adjustable water slide on the rear.
- In 2010, added new stainless steel side rail bumpers the full length of the houseboat.
- In 2010, we installed a new Commercial grade stainless gas barbecue.
- All safety and anchoring equipment is included.
